Moonlight Rainbow Fountain (Korea)

Its upper stream is close to Hannam grand bridge to the standard of Banpo grand bridge(Jamsu bridge), while lower stream is located in the north of riverside between both ends of Dongjak grand bridge. With 7.2㎞ length, it is close to Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, and Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu.

Installed on both side of Banpo grand bridge in Banpo Hangang Park that is formed in Hangang Renaissance Project, Fountain of Moonlight and Rainbow is 1,140m(570m for upper and lower stream respectively) in total length, being registered in the Guinness Book of World Association as the longest over-bridge fountain in 2008. It offers various things to see and enjoy as if it were a seven-color rainbow, rendering a beautiful scenery whenever it belches out water streams. There are sports facilities such as Waterdrop Playground, In-line Hub, football field, and basketball field on the Moonlight Square, where Hangang Rainbow Festival or Citizens' Cultural Ground is held every weekend.

Offering citizens a place to rest and play in the middle of a city, Seoraseom is an artificial island that was formed through Hangang Development Complex in 1980's.
Located between Banpo grand bridge and Dongjak grand bridge, Seoraeseom connects the 3 bridges to Banpo Hangang Park, for much convenience. This is favored by young lovers to walk because of flower complex, which is changed into a spacious rape flowers.
Children also can use here to freely play and learn nature, seeing butterflies and birds following fragrance in spring.
